I just bought the best harness from the Pampered Pup for my Jack Russell, Molly - they call it a "step in harness". The leash and the harness are all one piece so it is very quick and easy to put on when I need to take her out in a hurry to potty. I switched to this harness from a collar and now she is no longer choking and coughing when she walks. Highly recommended! A++
